WHAT WE DID FOR FAIRMONT THE QUEEN ELIZABETH
Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth partnered with us to the storytelling of its in-house brands—Marché Artisans, Krema, Rosélys, and Nacarat—while maintaining a unified hotel voice. The challenge: highlight four distinct culinary and lounge concepts across different dayparts and audiences without fragmenting the brand, speaking to both travelers and Montreal locals, and upholding Fairmont’s luxury standards.
We executed seasonal and product campaigns that showcased the hotel’s offerings where guests experience them: Thanksgiving features at Marché Artisans, new cocktail menus at Nacarat, coffee and pastry spotlights plus fall drinks at Krema, and refined dining at Rosélys.
THE RESULT
Multiple highly produced campaigns for Marché Artisans, Nacarat, Krema, and Rosélys, fully aligned to Fairmont standards. We delivered cohesive photo and video suites with publishing kits for social, web, email, and on property screens. With a tagged library enabling reuse and cross promotion for upcoming menus and holidays.
