PROJECT LOGISTICS — HEAVY HAUL NIGHT OPERATION
WHAT WE DID FOR PROJECT LOGISTICS
Project Logistics brought us on board to document one of their most complex hauls yet—a nighttime transport of 51 oversized modules (weighing close to 160,000 lbs) through rural Quebec in the dead of winter. The route was a logistical maze, filled with low-hanging powerlines, sharp corners, and extremely narrow roads. Our mission was to visually capture the full scope of this operation: the technical ingenuity, the real-time adjustments, and the sheer scale of teamwork required to pull it off.
We worked overnight alongside the team, combining drone footage, long-exposure photography, and ground-level storytelling to reflect both the magnitude and the meticulous planning behind the job. From tight turns to temporary infrastructure adjustments, every frame was crafted to highlight the precision and resilience behind the move.
THE RESULT
The project earned “Hauling Job of the Year” (Under 160,000 lb) from the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA)—a prestigious industry recognition of operational excellence. Our visuals became the cornerstone of Project Logistics’ internal and public-facing campaign, celebrating the success and dedication of their team. Shared across LinkedIn, internal presentations, and industry media, the content reinforced Project Logistics’ reputation as a leader in custom heavy transport, while honoring the people and partnerships that made the award-winning haul possible.
